Just a theory of mine:

I noticed that many quoting services updated the PE on THQ today to reflect the previous quarter. With the write-off, trailing EPS is something like $1.40, which puts the PE above a 20.

Try as I might, I can't help but believing (and laughing) that this may be a factor.
