Obviously, The Street is now paying ORCL some of the respect it is due. PE is not riduculously out of whack when compared to MSFT, DELL, PSFT, etc. ORCL is a good value play at these levels.

Here's an article of interest regarding the set-up box OS market. I believe this is an important segment in which ORCL must establish a beach-head in its competition against the leverage effects of Windows CE.
