It sounds like Penske Auto Parts has a piss poor tire installation department. Perhaps their installers and tools are too rough for some of the custom rims being manufactured today. If this is the problem, they need better installers and newer tools Penske must 'fix' your problem of scratched rims at no cost to you. If Penske does not fix it, shame on them. Not only have they lost your business, but everyone in earshot of your story. Too bad Penske has failed. Call the big guy at Penske and give them a chance to straighten things out.
