This financing , although expensive, makes sense as it allows the management to focus entirely on building the business. The investment community will soon realize that the next round of financing should take place on the Nasdaq and the BII is vastly underpriced by any comparison to other internet stocks.

Other Nasdaq stocks have price to revenue (p/r) ratios of 5 up to 30. Even after this dilution, BII has a p/r of about 1.5. This means that if this stock gets on Nasdaq (and now they have enough money at current growth rates to get them there) AND is a fast growth stock (which it is) AND BII sales reach $100 million (which management says it will in 1999) AND they issue 20 million more shares for the Nasdaq IPO, we could expect a p/r of 15-25. Assuming the mid-point of 20, this makes each share worth something like $20, a 13 bagger.

This is indeed the end of the beginning. Now the fun begins.
