Okay Guys,
All of this has finally motivated me to make the call. I talked if Ralph at MDIN's IR (1-888-572-0170), and factually, I guess I have nothing to add to the thinking here today. Very tight lipped with the facts, but he promised a series of press releases in the next week to 10 days.
Soooooooooo.... I asked him a question that I felt he could answer, "will I, as a shareholder, be happy when these press releases come out?" The answer was a firm and unequivocal "Yes, as a shareholder you will be very happy. The share count has been reduced."
Welllllllll.... That says to me in my own semifunctioning brain that there must NOT be a reverse split, because shareholders are NOT happy with RS's. So, I guess that by the end of next week we will all be very happy, or partners in a class action suit? It's wait and see time, I suppose.
