INDEX UPDATE ---------------------- Just did a quick TICK ANALYSIS and it is hinting that we should bouce off the lows today and will close above today's lows at negative 195. But if there are more SELL PROGRAMS, such will negate this analysis. at about 11:48 the DOWN-MOMENTUM had a reading of 1.27, that is huge since normally the highest it has gotten recently is only .9. But at 1:04 the DOW MOMENTUM went to a more normal level of .65. The UP-MOMENTUM is climbing and at 12:51 it had a reading of .45, and got better at 1:16 with a reading of .63.
