Speaking of agendas, it is obvious that one of yours is to help to spread the fiction about the great conspiracy of short-sellers. As for your other point...that "The bashers have no more information than is available to any other online user, so where is the need for what they do?" ...if it were true, the statement would apply to you, me and anyone who posts here.

The 'bashers' are actually just skeptics. I often see them repeatedly making positive points, here's two examples:

1. The hypesters often lie and understate the size of the float for many OTC-BB stocks. When the bashers point this out, it is a positive action.

2. As part of the pump phase, sleazy promoters often pretend that a short squeeze (based on some unverifiable 'illegal' short position) is around the corner. They love to do this for stocks that offer no other fundamental attraction for investors. It is to everyone's interest when the 'bashers' expose this as a lie. Because what the hypesters won't tell you is that the history of stocks scams is littered with thousands of fraudulent, worthless companies and ,comparably, very few shorting frauds.

Overall, the 'bashers' advocate caution and tell you to hold on to your money. But the shills know exactly what you should do with your money...they want you to give it them.

Apparently, you believe that SI would be a better place without anyone to confront the shills and promoters. I could not disagree with you more.
