To everyone : I just got off the phone with Rob Wayne and we discussed the current situation and what we felt would be the best move for the share holders. We feel that we should start getting the share holders together and continue to try to work in good faith to save the company. So we would like to request that you contact us via a private message or E-mail or carrier pigeon or what ever and let us know and attempt to pull together the number of shares in a formal list. We also will need to know how much money we would be able to raise if a private placement were offered to current share holders of the company in order to raise the needed capital to save the company. We need this information for the presentation of the offer so if you would include that as part of your message it would be very helpful. I hope ya'll know enough about me to know that this information will be kept confidential. I will also vouch for Rob's character as well with the highest of regards. I am sure Paunch is more than willing to help as well so I will volunteer his help for him eventhough I haven't spoke to him yet. Yes Paunch, you have been drafted. Chuck
