Pyramid gets to vote its shares? B*LLSH*T!!!!!! That is not the way things work, and I encourage everyone to vote against this proposal. Apparently the current board thinks that 51% of the shareholders can decide anything for the other 49% of the shareholders...... (actually the old board apparently thought that 5% of the shares could tell the other 95% what to do, so this is no surprise....)

1) I AM VOTING AGAINST THIS PROPOSAL.

2) I AM PREPARED TO CONTRIBUTE A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY TO HELP INITIATE A LAWSUIT ON BEHALF OF THE MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS VERSUS THE CURRENT BOARD AND AMERICAN BRANDS.
