Follow up on my many conversations with Ed today.

He has agreed that by the end of the year they will have a website. I think he's starting to understand the importance of the web and the role it plays with regards to investing.

My major issue was the lagging stock price. I told Ed that there was something that MediaConcepts could do to help the stock and that's a stock buy back. Ed told me that just two days ago they discussed that option and in fact it is something they are considering. I told them that 1 million shares would be a good start and that is in fact the number they had in mind. They are currently in the process of working on a financing deal for future mergers and perhaps 100K could be set aside for a stock buy back. Right now its only a thought, but I think the rest of you should also bring this up when you call the company. A stock buy back would send the naked shorters running for cover. With the financials being delayed and our current prices, this would put the company back in favor with current and future investors. Please put your call in to the company and push for a stock buy back.

Ed also mentioned something about possibly buying an ice cream company.

I plan to call again later this week or next to find out about the 10 Q's and anything else I can get out of them.

Jerry
