I said I've not heard any complaints about MB and you are saying the same thing. Because somebody asks you about Cyber doesn't mean they are unhappy - it simply means they are still looking for anything out there that might be better. They don't have to be unhappy with MB to do that.

That's clearly not what I was saying. I have heard complaints about MB and I have had people ask me about switching. That IS what I was saying.
