and BTW - it's about licensing the technology - not FDA approval at all... this shows the lack of understanding re: Antisense therapy in general and the ssDNA vector in particular. I am open to all questions regarding either... Winthrop, hate to disappoint you, but I've done extensive research on vector technology. I'm not questioning the technology in general -- vectors certainly are real and exciting -- I'm quite concerned that CYGS is just trying use the work of others in that field to line their pockets. So if you are truly open to all questions, please just answer this two-parter for now: Can you show me any evidence the patent CYGS allegedly owns or has rights to really exists, i.e. a patent number? And if it does exist, can you point me to a single scientific paper by the originators(s) of CYGS's patented technology that explains it? Thanks. - Jeff
