Talked to someone today who attended the recent meeting in NYC. This person attributed the recent weakness solely to investor concerns about the markets in which MMG is operating, not to any weakening in the company fundamentals. Said that there is concern about a devaluation in China hurting earnings. Also said there is a possibility China operations may get spun off. Finally - said that revenue, subscriber growth are all where they should be and that the long-term prospects of this company continue to appear strong. Perhaps not much consolation on a day like today, but it's better than hearing something like "Oh, well the CEO got arrested for embezzling".
