Well I hope you're right about the market not having valued the Next Level footnote into the stock. GIC held up better than most today. Small caps are definitely out of favor along with just about everything else. Can't understand why Clinton's early departure would have any effect on the market. I am sure Rubin would stay so it would seem that pro business environment in Congress would become even stronger. JFD
