OT, James, I was one of the systems integration engineers for a dominant 1.5 T production scanner and an oddball from spare parts and old CT computers, for clinical research. Then I designed and was the project manager for a 0.1T permanant magnet system. I specialized in the magnet, gradient coils, rf coils, and pulse sequence development. My research interests are in pulse sequence development and imaging at lower fields (0.1-0.5T or so). I used to go to all those meetings, but the fun has gone out of them for me. It was more exciting in the old days before everything got so cutthroat. I may go to RSNA this year, just to visit old friends, and peek in to the booths. WebDrone
