4th Qtr. Net Income Up 160%; Annual Product Revenue Increases 76%!!! Net income of $0.14 per share versus $0.06 for the qtr. versus last year same period. The rise in revenue was primarily attributed to strong demand for SiC based blue LED and material products. Regards to all, glen
