What is Starr doing but suborning perjury when he threatens and jails
people for not giving the testimony he wants? The threat to jail someone and the power to prosecute them for criminal offenses is more powerful than a money bribe in suborning perjury. Is this not obstruction of justice? Starr is a hypocrite of low stature.

If the same proportional scrutiny were applied to Congress and the Judicial system that has been applied to Clinton and his wife over the last 6 years, there would be many members of Congress and the judiciary in jail or expelled from their posts.

The grand jury can only attempt to fact find. If there is a substantial discrepancy in the Clinton/Lewinsky stories then it one's word against another's. Unless of course their were observers actually present to corroborate the actual incidents. This seems doubtful at best. Hence, it is unlikely that anything of true interest will result from this bruhaha other than public harassment and embarassment and the weakening and demeaning of the executive branch of government.
