I would like to nominate my cousin. He can't think straight, he can't even spell poltroon, he can't add, he can't subtract, and worst of all, he screws up joke punchlines. He leaves potato chip cartons (he eats massive quantities of potato chips; buys 'em one half container at a time) and ginger ale kegs (yes, kegs) lying around everywhere. He thinks his problems are all my fault. He is a slovenly lout, and that is the truth.
