Ed, Sylvan loss not a big deal......It will take some time to get the nation-wide program going....I would overlook this as start-up type stuff. In fact.....add the numbers back in to get a better feeling! Much more important......SG&A costs as a percentage of sales has dropped 5 percentage points to about 20% of revenue. This is an improvement. (Q4 to Q4) Lehman Bros. Kessler will like this very much. The goal is 18%.....and it appears that IDX is on the way to meeting it. Sales growth at the rates IDX is showing, will allow much of this to head to the bottom line. Not too bad folks........We will need to see what Fowler sees.
