What would be the scenario for stocks in swebf if bought/merge with first two? Excellent question. I have no idea what the implications are. I didn't even think about that possibility. I just did a quick and dirty search in the latest news for XML/SGML companies, and those names came up. I didn't try to check them out, but they seemed to all be expanding their operations with regard to XML. Esecurities, do you have any idea what might happen to shareholder value if a private company aquires Softquad inc?
