Michelino, I don't disagree with you on those points, but a person CAN have a "short" position. Either off shore or Canada. IT IS LEGAL and I have no problem with that, but look at the motivation from both sides. A legal shorter can also say don't invest with XXXX stock or sell it to help their position.No? jimbo
