I just got off the phone with Scott Sitra. He confirmed that the SEC has contacted Great White with some additional questions. He believes the responses will be turned in by mid August. His guess is that the SEC will not need long to review the responses before making a decision on Fully reporting status? He confirmed that the outstanding stock remains + 8 million. I asked if we can expect any more delution? He said he did not know of any, but said that the Colin Smith is looking into further expansion and acquisition and may or may not use equity as away to achieve this? Of course the expansion would increase earnings. Scott is a class act. His quick response to my many telephone calls or emails is appreciated. I recommend anyone with questions to give him a call. 512-453-3817
