I don't remember the cc saying revs would only increase by 2%. I think the price of SFLX based on the low volume is in control of the marketmakers. I tried to sell 2500 shares at the bid of 6.5 to trade a little into AFLX and did not get an execution. The stock price doesn't seem to reflect much fair value with the small float and volume. It seems to be tracking AFLX or visa versa.
