Listen Pam STNX does not need to negociate with the FP's over a contract.. Companies that leases equipment will never Favor the client. You see If I have a product someone wants and I am willing to loan you money to buy it I am on the short end of the stick. You could decide to stop paying me, then I have added expenses of hiring a collection agency to collect. In the End I might end up loosing money on the deal. My advice is if people are scared of a contract then don't sign it. If they want the unit then buy it out right.
