How so? Personally, if I was Fred I would have been to the meeting early and tried to work out the differences in advance. He is totally out of the loop now and he gave his Sidneyship the excuse he needed to be removed. Now he's of no use to the company or its shareholders. I don't think a public brawl in the AGM in a time of crisis would have been my first choice. I would have tried the back door first. Management may have left me with no choice but a frontal assault, but at least I could say I tried. I don't think Fred even checked to see if the backdoor was locked, metaphorically speaking of course. JLA
