Reg - I don't know - I amtruly perplexed at why they would (a) go back to Yorkton and (b) why they would not do the deal at a stronger price. Obviously, IMHO, the stock came off to $1.12 with knowledge of this deal. I want an explanation too!!! This deal will overhang the stock performance for some time to come. conventional wisdom says that these guys who picked up this latest financing will blow off their stock and hold the warrants (VSE 101). Can we all agree to share whatever explanations we are able to get from the company's IR or from Paul Godin. Don.
