The fact that Michael implied a reverse split was an option really bothers me because they have been telling us all along that it wasn't.

Also, they turned down an acquisition because of a mere $5K debt they didn't want to assume? More likely they couldn't afford the debt due to their lack of cash and only 6M more shares to issue (if they haven't already used them, too).

Any one else hear the fat lady singing "RS"?
