Preston, I understand the market is breaking down, and small caps are not too hot. With this in mind, would you still "sit" and not get in with a stock such as ZAP, which is showing all the right P&F stuff -> RS = Buy and on an X signal, sector is Bull confirmed, and showing a bullish triangle... I am trying to still get a "feel" for when to enter long in a market such as this. cheers
