The CYBR Uninstaller in Win98 Plus is only a small part of it, not the whole thing.

Uninstaller 4.5 is, however, selling for $15. The "Deluxe" version is where CYBR is trying to make their money (and doing a very poor job of it).

The CYBR acquisition could be a benefit to QDEK (if NETA suffers from the same syndrome QDEK did - too many acquisitions too quickly and inability to integrate them effectively into the company), but will most likely be a negative. NETA will bring greater name recognition, better channel presense, and (possibly) more effective development than the failing CYBR had, which will all hurt QDEK.

Not to mention that NETA will now have an office in Santa Monica, conveniently located to lure any QDEK talent (if any is left) away.
