Dennis, I took a position last week at $4 that seemed secure. Wrong! It is hard to see this happen. At an estimated eps of 50 cents, PPH represents the buy of a life time, unless something else is hidden. The news release today stating delay of the 1998 10K is insignificant except for the comment that the Board had directed the PPH management to explore all avenues to increase stockholder value. This implies even sale. Last week PPH's investment relations personnel indicated to me that the company was stable and continuing to grow at over a 20% rate. Of course at $2/share you won't be doing any acquisitions! John
