This is a perfect example of the complexity of this market. I recently helped a software company in Texas make a decision in this space. They selected VNTV because: they had a strong sales & marketing capability in the product they had a very strong remote sync capability. Incidentally, this product is now being implemented there. Perhaps you saw a not very good salesperson, or somehow didn't get to look at everything? It strikes me as strange, but not unusual, that two different companies walked away with entirely different impressions, regarding the same features. Perhaps you might want to take another look?
