This is really a lot simpler than you think. It's not about lying about a mistress. He was under oath so it's about perjury. And obstruction of justice.

Nobody has been asked to pass without a single black mark. Is this your requirement, because it certainly is not a requirement for high office.

Did you inhale? Yes and I admit it instead of lying about it.
Party in College? Yes, is that a crime?
Have a DUI maybe? No.
Perhaps you gamble? A little. Is legal gambling a crime?
Lost some money on an investment perhaps? Yes, is that a crime?
Fudged your taxes a little? No, nothing I wouldn't prevail on if audited.
Dated two girls/guys at once or were in a threesome? No, I'm not from California.
Visited a strip club Yes, is this a crime?

Gary, you're confusing perfectly legal or juvenile activities with a series of felonies, of which the President has been accused.
