JOHN,

I have not read all the posts yet but your post is ALL wrong. Fred was appointed COO to help naxos and become part of the naxos team.He was given the opportunity to work with management and decided to try to do things his own way and he overstepped his boundries.Fred wants complete control and i do not believe he is capable of working under anyone. That is why he is no longer COO. Fred had the perfect chance to remain as COO. After it was clear that he didn't have the votes he could have stood up at the AGM and said that he would work with management. He choose not to do that.

Thank You
Larry Macklin

By the way, Fred didn't seem very placated at the AGM to me!
