Shorty.... I can see we'll have to send you back to charting school 101. :-) Mr. Wilder was flat and not giving a buy signal.... Mr. Bollinger was trying to tell you the stock was getting ready to move.... ...he just didn't say which way. It's always prudent to wait until he makes a break...one way or the other.... :-)
