Hi Zorro,

I agree with you on the need for a re-assessment of the market value of the spectrum they own. As I mentioned before, I think they are purposefully misleading the bondholders.

Assuming that management's plan is turned down by the bondholders, I would not surprised if the bondholders, and later the court, brings in an independent third party to conduct this study.

But, I would not expect the spectrum value to be worth what they originally paid for it. I still don't think that the business models for a data delivery service can be as lucrative as the video and data delivery service originally envisioned when they bought the bandwidth. WTC's point about the additional flexibility of the MMDS spectrum when compared to the LMDS spectrum, especially for two-way data, reinforces the belief that they MMDS spectrum should be valued higher than LMDS spectrum.

A third party will be utilized to determine this if the bondholders don't accept the reorganization plan. (When do the results of this vote get announced?) I am VERY CONFIDENT that this phoney valuation will come back to haunt them in the upcoming shareholders suit against management (individually) and the company.

PS: My wife is going with friends to see your Zorro movie tomorrow night. Something about this Antonio Banderras guy. Personally, I don't get it.
