I care what Silverman does. He negotiated with the board previously to reprice and renegotiate his option package. Mr. Silverman is suspect in the way he looks out for his interest vs. the shareholder. Mr. Silverman should be watched with a microscope to make sure he doesn't play more of the games that he used to manipulate himself into a 10 percent ownership position.

If you are long (as I am), watch him like a hawk.
