July 28,1998

To the Participants of Silicon Investor:

It has come to the attention of the management of Beacon Light Holding Corporation, (BLHG), that there is still a level of unrest among some of the investors that make postings to the Silicon Investor website. This letter serves to directly address the concerns of all posters and all shareholders alike.

First, BLHG took possession of the plastics factory on July 1st, 1998; just 27 days ago. The management of BLHG has, to the best of its ability and with the least amount of shareholder dilution, acquire this plastics factory thereby enhancing EPS and maximizing shareholder value.

Upon taking possession of the plastics factory, management hired a new plant manager, restructured the personnel of the factory and obtained all of the necessary permits and licenses from the applicable provincial and national governments in China in order to begin production at the facility. All of this has occurred within the last month.

There have been three new orders contractualized and still other potential orders are in negotiation. As new orders are contractualized the shareholders of BLHG and the world will be kept apprized.

The management of BLHG has always worked to the utmost of its ability in its constant endeavor to fulfill the Company's objectives. Management empathizes with those shareholders who are unhappy with the current price per share.

Management understands from reading the posts to the Silicon Investor website that certain posters are contemplating pursuing a shareholder lawsuit against the Company. The management of BLHG believes that this avenue will not serve any beneficial interest, but shareholders should feel free to exercise their rights as outlined in state and federal regulations.

We believe that BLHG is headed in the right direction. We thank you for your investment and continued support of the Company.

Very truly yours,

Beacon Light Holding Corporation

Jerry Greunbaum
President
