The SEC is worried that a company it is charging with fraud is going to sue it? No, I don't think so.

The SEC is working with taxpayers' money. That means it can afford all the lawyers and motions and appeals it wants, and if it loses, which it won't, it is the taxpayers that lose, not the SEC employees personally.

If Rendall is promoting this myth to fool the gullible into thinking that it is somehow the SEC's fault, not his, that Solv-Ex went belly up, then he better hope that the SEC doesn't hear about it.
