Looks like you found out why lrl is declining - an old private placement of 705,000 shares and 705,000 warrants at one dollar Canadian was announced in August 1997. I think the shares are only held from trading for one year, so guess who is selling? Do you have any idea of the short sales in this company's shares on the VSE? Over a million shares may be heading onto the market. What do you think?
By the way, does this company stock trade on the pink sheets, or is it only available on the VSE?
