No, No, No, Mrclinton, If you want to evaluate and compare Cisco and Lucent you have to ask yourself four questions.
1. What is Cisco's core business?
2. What is Lucent's core business?
3. Why is it so much easier for Cisco to compete against Lucent's core business than for Lucent to compete against Cisco's core business?
4. Do I feel lucky? (Naah, you can forget this question.}
