RE: Alan Dershowitz was just on CNBC saying that Clinton has caused the Constitutional crisis that we are in right now. No, LOD. That is not what he said. He infact said that Clinton should not abide by Starr's subpoena. He said that Congress collects evidence for possible Impeachment, not a Grand Jury. Prior to today,Monica could have been a target. But after granting Monica and her mother transactional immunity, the only remaining target is Clinton. Since a sitting President cannot be indicted, Starr's Grand Juries have no right to collect the evidence that might be used in the House. Until the Supreme Court compels Clinton to testify, he should not.
