Tim: What did you like best about it? I don't have the 2nd addition, but I found the first edition to be rather basic. For those who aren't familiar with it, the table of contents (of the first edition) include 1. Intro to Electronic Day Trading 2. Intro to SOES 3. Intro to Watcher (The system used by Broadway Consulting customers) 4. Island Trading 5. The Watcher Guide 6. About the Market 7. Role of the Market Maker 8. The Art of SelectNet 9. Measuring Market Strength - The S&Ps 10. Recognizing Strong Groups 11. Choosing the Right Stocks to Trade 12. Interpreting SelectNet Fills 13. Stock Patterns - Relative Strength 14. Trends and Chart Patterns 15. Technical Analysis and the Ticker 16. Putting it all Together 17. Developing Your Own Philosophy 18. Summing it Up I found the book to be a decent introduction to daytrading, but it read a bit like a Watcher advertisement. Come to think of it, I haven't heard virtually anything about the Watcher system on SI. I wonder if they still have an active business. -Eric
