Dear Raleigh According to you "The company stated that....Mr Klenovic's pending litigation with the SEC was concluded.' AND According to a fax from AQUA BIO TECH on Dec 10, 1996 at 2:51pm, as well as a phone conversation with a broker,Bob Bunte also stated "ALL allegations were settled against Klenovic" HOWEVER According to a clerk at the Federal District Ct in Tampa Fl regarding Civil Action #94-909-CIT-T-23A, The allegations against Klenovic were not settled, AND on DEC. 13 at 10:00 am a pre-trail confrence is schedualed. So, How many litigations are there against Klenovic???? Is there another that has been settled? How much time do you spend checking your facts? Since you spend so much of your time HYPING the company: How many shares do you own of NVID? What is your average cost? Do you or have you received any compensation from Bob Bunte or anyone from NVID, AQUA BIO? I heard from Bob Bunte that: You asked Bob to advertise NVID to advertise on YOUR web page!!! Conflict of Intrest? Michael P.S. - I think that investors should be given verifiable FACTS, If you want to consider your comments credible..
