I dont think youunderstand all of the ramifications for ledoux. If the samples were proper COC(which ledoux has never denied, and in fact certifed numbers on COc ore) then one of the most likely problems would be contamination or ineptitude on their part. given their reputtion, ineptitude is probably out. contamination of their lab and certifying numbers based on that contamination will most certainly effect their reputation to a great degree. To think otherwise is silly.

And yes, waiting for a year with this hanging over their heads as well as ours, in the hope that naxos goes broke is bad decision making, IMO.
