Dear Harold:

I'd like to see someone tackle this issue, as well.

I had thought of the WaveMeter as going with the device (PC, set-top box, etc.) and the WaveAccount as going with the person. Thus, I could use my WaveAccount to "unwrap" an SMO at my neighbor's WaveMeterized PC, and the WaveNet would ensure that the transaction nevertheless would be debited to my WaveAccount.

But CPA sensibly asked (in Raging Bull post #647) how my neighbor's WaveMeter will be able to tell whether my WaveAccount has sufficient credit without going online.

Anybody know how this really works out?

Best wishes.
