Larry I think it is clear that Fred didnt want to be part of management once it wa clear that he was not going to be the big kahuna. when it was all said and done, he had not interest in being a team player. I dont know if sid will do any better, but it is clear to me, that if both sides dont start rowing in unison, the good ship naxops will be in trouble. Hopefully, someone has a plan, but in the meantime I dont know where we go from here. all we can do is wait for ledoux and hope that russell can give us some positive perspective on J/L. BTW, it is my understanding that management is more than willing to work with J/L, given some proof of its value by russell. mark
