For the technically inclined, Lycos closed near/on
its 100-day simple moving average, and it currently
oversold. I feel that Lycos will consolidate at
current levels on the 100-day SMA and stage a move
higher from here going into the Aug 14 2-1 split
date. Also, the upcoming Geocities IPO may help
Lycos and the other internet stocks move higher as
well. One less than bright note is that OnSale
missed earnings by 1-cent.
