JAKKS also went down today for whatever it is worth. I don't think that this money has to do with the Internet. If it did, I think the strategy would be to announce the plan and then after the stock shot up, do the financing. THQI may have put themselves into a quiet period by announcing the PP. Does anyone know if that is the case? Isn't it the usual approach to do a PP and then announce it rather than announce it first? Maybe they were afraid of leaks. I assume that the PP will happen within days if it didn't happen today.
