There is only one other stockholder, ARET's own CEO. I think it was last year that ARET owned all of it. Then to lower the total outstanding shares of ARET he converted something like 40 million shares of ARET to prefered stock in Tomahawk. So ARET sort of sold controlling interest in tomahawk for around 40 million shares ( at that time roughly $400,000 ). It may have been in a trust with ARET I don't remember, maybe one of the other long time holders can clear that up, but that would explain the controlling interest issue. Good Trading Bob Braund
