Rand, I agree with you and I hope that you agree with me that from the view of these two threads, ipmcf & desert dirt ta, that I see Charles, Robert and Paunch as the ones putting in the time and effort outside SI, after their regular full time jobs, to help all the IPM shareholders. This activity has just started about one week ago, and with IPM having a Chapter 11 court date in about a week that was leaning towards Chapter 7, precious time is available for these three men to accomplish what is needed to satisfy the courts as a plan that the court will accept. Yes, I am totally in the dark what is there as a company if the shareholders put up money to get control of the Black Rock dirt. No way anyone of us wants to put more money into ipmcf and find out we got a can of worms or a quagmire situation. These three men also feel this way, and for themselves they are watching events unfold and would stop if they saw the rescue as being too unstable or unsure. But these three men don't have the time to explain the view or steps to be taken as they would like to. So, we can trust them or pull back and maby slow them down, or we can ask for information on whats happening, not directly from them, but from other ipmcf shareholders that know the kind of things these guys are dealing with, and explain to the ipmcf threaders out there what their understanding is. The info has to be gotten from these three men, but if another ipmcf shareholder threader has lots of mining knowhow, then please do a quick Q&A with these three, and then take the time to do a longer Q&A with threaders like me that need to be taught at a beginners and basic level. For example, I would feel more secure having control of the Black Rock dirt if after we pay off the debts of Chapter 11, that we sell "part of the farm's profits" to the desert dirt company Maxam so we can use their extraction and profits making techniques and equipment. But me saying this shows that I don't have an understanding of the desert dirt arena. I know GPGI has extracted precious metals for a profit, and I read that MXAM is very close to doing this (I'am about 100 mxam posts behind the current). Please for us all ipmcf shareholders, those with knowledge of this stuff, please do a go between for shareholders like myself that are just waiting and watching for a rescue. Thanks Doug |
